RuneScape: Dragonwilds Wiki or RSDW Wiki is the official wiki for RuneScape: Dragonwilds. Anyone can edit the wiki and all are encouraged to do so!

Founded in March 2025, it aims to be the authority on all things Dragonwilds.

  • There are currently 2,223 articles and 4,159 files on the wiki.
  • 37,552 edits have been made to 10,097 pages in total.
  • There are 65 currently active users.

Editing the wiki

Anyone can make changes to the wiki by using the edit button at the top of the page. The default editing interface used is VisualEditor, which behaves similarly to a word processor (e.g. Microsoft Word). While editing, changes can be previewed. Changes have to be saved before they appear to other users of the wiki; each change becomes a new version in the page's history and can easily be reversed if needed.

More advanced edits can be made by switching to Source Mode editing. The wiki runs on editing software called MediaWiki, which uses a markup language called wikitext to determine how to display pages. In Source Mode, wikitext is visible and can be edited directly in the editing interface.

Creating an account

You do not have to register an account to edit the wiki. However, editing without an account will publicly attribute the edit as being made by your IP address. When editing while logged into a wiki account, your edits will be attributed to that account. You can also set your account's preferences.

Wiki infrastructure

Namespaces

The wiki has a number of different namespaces relating to different areas of content on the wiki. Most pages, including all pages relating to RuneScape content, are in the "mainspace". Other namespaces include:

  • File: - for files, including images
  • Template: - for templates, used to insert the same information across multiple pages on the wiki.
  • Calculator: - for calculators
  • User: - users' personal pages.
Talk pages

Talk pages exist for all of the wikis' namespaces. They can be accessed by using the Talk, Discussion or Discuss this page link at the top of any page. Talk pages can be used to discuss the associated content. User talk pages also exist for all registered users and can be used to communicate directly with other users

Special pages

Special pages are tools that can be used to view things that are going on in the wiki or to perform specific functions:

See here for a list of all special pages.

User pages

Registered users have their own user page! You can find your user page using Special:Mypage or by clicking your account name at the top of the page while using the wiki.
