In ''RuneScape: Dragonwilds'', there are several types of chests that exist:

===Spawned===
A spawned chest can be found around the game, usually within [[Brynmoor]], [[Ghornfell]], [[Fellhollow]], and inside [[Dragonkin Vault]]s. They are either easy to reach or hidden within specific locations, such as caves or high-altitude spots.

===Buried treasure===
Buried treasure is a type of chest that is located within Fellhollow, buried within [[Disturbed Ground|disturbed grounds]], interactable scenery for which [[spade]]s are required to dig through to bring out the chest.

===Spectral chest===
Spectral chests are chests located within Fellhollow. They are floating chests that require the player to become [[Soul Rifting|Soul Rifted]] and to maneuver their jumps onto spectral platforms to reach the chests.

===Player-built chests===
Player-built chests are [[Buildings#Decoration|constructed]] objects where players can store up to the chest's capacity. Players can select the "Linked" option, enabling the player to be within a 12-metre radius around the chest whilst interacting with a crafting facility or the [[build menu]].
