Clay Node
Clay Nodes are a resource node that can be found in Whispering Swamp and can be mined for Clay using a Stone Pickaxe or better. Clay nodes respawn after three in-game days, as long as the player is at least 100 metres away, and their built objects are not directly on the node.

Journal
[edit | edit source]Clay can be found in deposits around Ashenfall and can be recovered with just a few pickaxe swings. It is said that the Elder Gods created the universe out of clay, albeit of a more interesting vintage, and that the unwanted remains were hurled into the Abyss. The truth of this claim is hard to establish, as the Elder Gods are rarely prone to a friendly chat. Not least because, were you to hear them speak, your head would explode. This makes conversation tricky.
