Fire Magic is a perk that is unlocked at level 8 Magic where players can switch from their air to fire strikes from their rune inventory. To do so, right-click on the Fire Rune whilst wielding a staff, and players can now cast fire spells. Note that fire strike animations may differ, depending on the staff used.

patch 19 August 2025 (0.8.3):
- An issue was fixed where users who did not have the Fire Magic Perk unlocked could still use Fire magic.
- Players in the past had access to fire-based attacks at level 1 Magic. However, this later became an unlockable perk with the release of the Magic skill.
