Internal Alchemy

Internal Alchemy is an unlocked spell at level 20 Cooking which allows the player to keep the buff of any food or drink going permanently as long as they complete the cast before the buff would expire.

The benefit from this spell does not apply to potions, such as those of a Weak Antipoison Potion or a Lesser Attack Potion.
