Outlook Ruins

The Outlook Ruins is a dilapidated castle that is located in the Bramblemead Valley. There are several goblin cages outside the entrance, with one of them holding Bilegut. In addition, there is a hidden reliquary that contains a Bandosian Amulet, required for the quest, Goblin Diplomacy.
